"The hotel was lovely, the staff very nice, service was excellent, the concierge Kevin was the best. I was disappointed with area in the French Quarters, very dirty, a lot of homeless people and the likes in the area, but that seems to be how the whole area was. Streets very close to one another. Thank goodness for the tours. "
