「Had a great stay here! Close to shopping and Canal Street, also close to bars and restaurants. It’s also nice and quiet. The apartment was spacious and had great amenities! The gym and pool are awesome and I used them regularly. Would definitely recommend to family and friends」

「This was a beautiful place with great amenities. The unit was very clean with updated bathrooms and kitchen. It’s a perfect place to stay if you have a large group. I would definitely do it again. The only issue is that if you need anything you have to message management and wait until they get back to you. However, they are generally pretty responsive. 」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Perle Not sure why it’s called a hotel though. Felt more like a condo. Our place was gorgeous, unique, clean, and lacked nothing. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and so pretty and they provided a Nespresso machine! We stayed here with my 4 adult children and one grandson. 「We were intrigued by this Shotgun house which is an older house but in very good condition and very clean. We loved learning about the history of the quiet neighborhood from the owner himself. We even got to experience part of a jazz funeral at a nearby church! Coffee shops, restaurants, museums as well as the French Quarter are within walking distance. 「Located in a rich cultural part of the city. Everything in walking distance. Our stay was cozy and loved the patio and boutique pool to relax. Great communication from owner Tom and very accommodating and facilitated our late arrival. Local beers and chips were so welcoming. 」

「Great location and reasonable price, although there is no front desk people, the online chat is nice and efficient. The only problem is no place to store luggage temporarily. The check out time is 10AM, if you have a late afternoon flight, that will be very troublesome. Since there is lots of space in the first floor, I suggest them to place some coin lockers for the guests. Overall, it is a nice place and I will consider to stay there again.」

「This condo was beautiful! Very clean and just minutes to anywhere in the city. We never had an issue getting a parking place. However i do suggest you Uber where you need to go as it was cheaper than paying to park! Also there were plenty places to eat within walking distance, we had the best coffee every morning from the little cafe next door」

"The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant."
