"Convenient location, airport bus stop, rooms very narrow but work as a place to sleep. Walks are thin but this seemed to be the case in all hotels we stayed in during our trip. Staff were helpful. The check in process seems inefficient but luggage can be stored. "

"This place is really great for location, price, cleanliness. Pros Major hub for trains Close to everything in Shibuya, restaurants, shopping, trains to sites Nice and newly renovated rooms Pajamas and slippers and towels provided daily Toiletries bar located in lobby (free toothbrush/toothpaste, shower cap, tea) Laundry for fee (on 4th fl). Can see machine activity on hotel tv main screen Friendly and helpful staff Cons It’s next to train station hub, depending on which side your room is, you will hear trains if facing back of hotel. My hubby snores and I use a white noise machine so it wasn’t a big deal for me. Rooms are small. It was hard to fit 2 suitcases (we had 1 large/1 medium) in room, had to do some shuffling every time we needed fresh clothes. I recommend bring smaller medium suitcases to fit under the bed. Even with the cons, I would come back to stay because the pros outweigh the cons. I had a great time in Tokyo because this hotel was affordable and central. "

"A great mix of highest quality accommodation, city access, and green breathing room - just right for us, especially for our first days in Tokyo! An entrance to the E line subway station was directly next door to the hotel, which was excellent for getting around the city. Getting to this hotel from the airport only took one transfer from the Haneda monorail. Great kind staff, easy check in. The corner room with balcony cost a bit more but was so comfortable and well-appointed it was worth it. My partner & I normally sleep in a full-size bed at home, but this hotel’s Japanese twin was surprisingly big enough for us to still sleep together. Awesome shower/tub room with deep soaking tub. Comfy one-size pajamas offered with the towels. Awesome breakfast, every morning, and the in-hotel bakery was stunningly good too. Walkable to Shinjuku gardens, Meiji Jingu Shrine, some cafes and pharmacy. I am so happy we booked here, and we get to stay here again before we fly out."

"We stayed in Tokyo before and was away from main attractions so this visit we opted to stay in Shinbuya for 5 nights and be central to get around everywhere. The hotel itself is central and easy to get around to shinbuya crossing, shops, malls, and restaurants and cafes. It’s a few blocks away from the craziness and nestled in a quiet area and right across from a Family Mart. The hotel itself the lobby and staff were great. Super helpful and friendly. Once you get on elevator and exit to floor and room it gives you hostel vibes. Walls are marked up, fixtures look to be from the late 80’s and early 90’s. It gives a dirty feeling. Rooms are extremely small. The beds are low to ground and mattresses are very cheap and hard. The bathroom was actually clean. They will provide clean towels daily but will not clean the room during your stay. They told us it’s only cleaned every 5 days of the stay. Now here is the catch. It did the trick for a place to sleep at night. We were there 5 full days and was out of the room at 10:00am and back at 10:00pm. This is not a resort. If you plan on just needing a place to crash and you’re out exploring all day then it’s fine. If you plan on spending time in the room I’d keep looking. There are other hotels that we could pay the same and be in the same area and offer more with a clean updated feel. I would not stay here again but it wasn’t a terrible experience either."

"Hotel was in a great location in the center of shibuya square. My only complaint was that it was initially hard to find since it’s essentially inside the mart. Once we got there, it was a very comfortable stay. "
