This is a typical traditional Portuguese house which is split into two, the bottom half is lived in by the owners and the top half is rented out to holiday makers. "The apartment is fine internally and the views are excellent,but is part of a hotel which ceased trading some time ago.very few people about and locks to get in and out of the building,and pool area.it totally lacked holiday feel,and the long empty corridors felt a bit spooky. "Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean and the owners are very helpful and polite. Well equipped ,with the exception of the lack of a kettle, but well maintained. In a nice spot, very close to the pool and restaurants. Not really a major tourist spot, not a lot of nightlife, but lovely for a quiet relaxing week."
