ARMAÇÃO DE PÊRA TWINS 1 by HOMING

Apartment located in a quiet area of Armação de Pêra, inserted in a private condominium and very close to the beach. It is the perfect place for your holidays with family or friends in the Algarve!

With 1 bedroom and capacity for 4 people, it is fully equipped and all sheets and towels are provided as well as amenities for the first day such as shower gel and toilet paper.

The condominium has parking, children's area, tennis court (equipment paid separately), outdoor pool, heated pool, and direct access to the beach. To access the pools and the beach, wristbands must be purchased at reception upon payment of a deposit.

The day before your stay we will send you a message with the information you will need for your check-in. You should then respond to us with your expected arrival time. Check-in takes place directly at the accommodation from 3:30 pm.

Upon check-out, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness, otherwise Homing reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning cost. We also ask that you pay attention to your belongings when checking out, as we are not responsible for objects left in the accommodation.

We also offer a personalized transfer service that can take you from the airport to the accommodation (price and availability upon request).

Great location but the unit needs some attention.

There were several annoying issues: very minimal kitchen, no chairs on one of the patios, a cupboard door hanging on a hinge, very light electrical load allowed, to name a few. Homing’s responses were good for the most part…except when their answer to no chairs on the patio was for me to move the 2 from the front patio when I wanted to sit there. Clearly no way to have guests or enjoy the patios as I would have expected. I had the heat on, plugged in a kettle and the breaker went off. The bed was a frame with a very hard mattress on it. I’m really not a high maintenance traveller but the owner needs to give this tired unit some attention.
