The apartment is located on the third floor, has 2 bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed.



The cosy living room with a comfortable sofa and television, with an open-plan layout, shares the space with a well-equipped kitchen. There is a bathroom in this space.



The upper terrace offers a sea view, where you can enjoy a fantastic and relaxing late afternoon with a drink. The lower terrace, equipped with a dining table and seating area, is ideal for gathering with friends and family and enjoying delicious meals or leisure moments. Both terraces are common.



The Carvoeiro By the Sea 3 Apartment is strategically located near Carvoeiro Beach, where a variety of wonderful restaurants and exciting water sports activities are perfect for creating memorable moments. Near the property, you will also find the Carvoeiro Boardwalk for relaxing walks with stunning views.



Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).



Group deposit: € 175 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 4 guests.

From the 5º to the 6º guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
