「The internet inside the room never worked!! I need to be close the room’s door. They don’t have amenities in the bathroom. The breakfast was poor, the service was slow, so you needed to wait for hot water, or fruit or the eggs!!! 」

「We are very disappointed that we had a extremely bad stay in this hotel as the air conditioning didn’t work and the telephone didn’t work, the worst part is the room is extremely stinky, it’s so bad my friend even had an asthma attack. When they moved us to a different room the next day, the toilet didn’t work. The hotel is not the condition as it is advertised at all! 」

The rooftop was very comfortable and beautiful and the gym was adequate. The room was clean for the most part but the floors were dirty and there was a small amount of mold.」

「I’m honestly really disappointed with my stay at this hotel in Rio. The first room we were given was nothing like the photos online and was in really poor condition. It was dirty, had a strong moldy smell, and it genuinely felt like we were put in one of the worst rooms they had available. It was such a frustrating way to start our trip. To their credit, they did move us to another room after we complained, and I appreciate that they made the change. But it’s still hard to get past the feeling...
