Opted to pay for pool heating and glad we did as meant kids could play in it for ages without getting chilly. "We were there in September and it was very quiet. Condo is spacious and spotlessly clean. Nicely decorated and the kitchen was fully equipped with the latest gadgets. You can walk to the center of town but it is much longer walk uphill on the way home! A few restaurants and a small grocery store are just a few minutes walk away. "Such a great villa - big pool and beautiful grounds and outdoor BBQ/dining area perfect for social cooking, dining and playing cards. Inside of the villa was well laid out and maid service changing bed linen and towels was appreciated. Host was readily available to answer any queries we had. "stayed in this unit for 6 weeks, used it as a abse camp tour Portugal. Benagyl beach is a zoo, thousands of people there on some days, best part was a latte in the cafes on the side cliffs and watching people try to kayak to the caves. The pool is beautiful clean and has washrooms in the area.The complex is very quiet so if your looking for a party zone forget it. "The property is a modern villa in a secluded avenue about 2 miles from the town of Carvoieiro. it is beatifully furnished with a very airy feeling. The garden has lots of places to sit and the smallish swimming pool is away from the villa down some shallow steps. The pool probably isnt ideal for small children though. The hosts provide very little in the way of basics on arrival, so be prepared to buy things like washing up liquid, cooking oil and toilet paper etc etc. there is a very good...

"We had a great time. Beautiful home great location only a ten/15 minute walk into town. Easy to get a cab or Uber. The host was easy to contact. We had a few issues with the air con and shower in the top level which was resolved within 48 hours. A little frustrating but it didn’t ruin our time away at all. I would definitely recommend this home. Beautiful place very comfortable very well equipped inside and around the pool area. I would definitely return. A great find."

"Great central location which allowed us to tour much of the Algarve. Close to all amenities and beaches. Would recommend a car for this location. Pool was well kept and fortunately we had great end of September and beginning of October weather. Extra activities included golf at Alto golf club and a nice boat tour out of Portimão. Auto dromo international race complex as well as lots of great hiking and cafes in many towns."

"Absolutely beautiful! The accommodation was 5 star all around. Jane was a wonderful host. She gave us many suggestions. The area is just gorgeous. You really should visit. Highly recommended. There is a mini market across the street. Also a spa for nails, facials, massage run by Francisca whois a delight. Restaurants within a five minute or less walk."

"The villa was amazing, better than I imagined. It was very modern, clean and spacious. Definitely would help to hire a car as the resort is slightly out of the town but Uber’s are also available. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go back!"

"Located in a quiet area of Carvoeiro the property and grounds, pool etc are kept in good condition. Apartment was well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine etc and AC. All staff were friendly and very helpful. A hire car is useful but Carvoeiro is walkable, but the the return walk is uphill and very steep in places. Cars can be hired through the hotel and the rate we got was better than going direct to the bigger companies. We would definitely return here if we go back to this area....
