The room was clean, every day the meals provided was delicious, freshly made and served with pride. The staff gave excellent customer service, genuine friendly, helpful and kind.

We stayed seven days at the Shimmering waters at the Lagoons it was exactly as pictured the views were awesome enjoying the beautiful sunrise from the master bedroom balcony. My family went down for Christmas. We had 7 adults in the house, very spacious. Location was perfect. The hobie catamaran was used everyday as were the paddle boards. The entire staff was amazing.
