Sehr schönes Haus, gute Lage

Es hat uns grundsätzlich sehr gut gefallen. Es ist ein schönes Haus. Was nicht ganz optimal gelöst ist: 1. Es gibt Schlafplatz für 8 Personen und denen stehen zwei Toiletten zur Verfügung. Jedoch verfügt nur eine Toilette über ein Fenstern zum lüften. Die andere Toilette hat weder Fenster noch Luftabzug, d.h. diese Toilette kann nur bedingt benutzt werden. Wenn die Situation so bleibt würde ich das Haus nur für die Benutzung von 4 bis max. 6 Personen empfehlen. 2. Der TV-Empfang ist sehr schlecht. Die portugiesischen Sender funktionierten problemlos, jedoch die europäischen nicht. Der Empfang für die europäischen Sender erfolgt über einen separaten TV-Receiver und via Internet. Wir hatten ständig Probleme und Unterbrüche.

Casa óptima mas a precisar de coisas

A experiência geral foi boa. A casa está bem localizada e é ideal para férias em família, dispondo de quase todas as comodidades para se apreciar as férias. Como aspectos a melhorar sugiro seguinte: tendo apanhado os dias mais quentes do ano, precisámos de usar o ac da sala por causa dos bebés e verificámos que o mesmo praticamente não faz frio. Adicionalmente, sugerimos que sejam disponibilizados meios para arrefecer os quartos, pois apesar de a casa ser arejada, nos dias quentes o ar não circula nos quartos, tornando-nos quentes e abafados. Sugiro ainda que antes da entrada dos hóspedes verifiquem o gás. Sem prejuízo das sugestões, é decididamente um lugar a ter como referência.

Had it all

Family of 6 with 2 grandparents... perfect size, wrap around sun terrace, well furnished, very clean, good kitchen and dining areas. Good location for Luz beach and also well secured (we had 2 young ones with us under 4) Agent very helpful - will hopefully return next year...

Really enjoyed our stay, the villa had everything you might need and was large and open.

Maison spacieuse

Nous avons séjourné 3 semaines dans cette maison. La maison correspond bien aux photos proposées; elle est spacieuse, claire et très confortable. Rien ne manque; le ménage est fait à fond tous les samedis et le linge ainsi que les draps sont changés chaque fois. L'accès au Wi-Fi est parfait et nous avions également accès aux chaînes de télévision françaises. La maison est également très bien située: proche de la belle plage; les commerces sont proches aussi. Tout se fait à pied. Un bon point pour la supérette Spar ouverte toute la semaine et qui a du pain excellent (pour les Français, c'est important). Le seul problème que nous avons rencontré, c'est la difficulté à chauffer la maison. Nous y étions en février et la maison était inhabitée depuis plus de 2 mois. Il y a bien une climatisation réversible, mais la puissance électrique est limitée alors si on pousse la climatisation et qu'on met la bouilloire en route,ça disjoncte. Bon, tous ces problèmes n'existent pas l'été! Luisa qui s'occupe de cette location est très efficace lorsqu'il y a un souci. Merci à elle.
