Nice Located Hotel for Reasonble Price

Hotel is well located in commercial and upper area in Lagos, safe to walk around even till very late in the night. Many restaurants and clubs in area, with expensive homes not far away. Feel safe with many of foreigners walking and walking aound. Hotel is small and reasonably priced for the expensive area. Glad I found this place, hope the price remain reasonable.

Excellent Location at Reasoble Price

Excellent location, close to eatery, safe area for Lagos at a good price. I wanted a good safe location, and did not need lots of luxury at a very reasonable price and that what I got in this hotel. Staff a friendly and willing to help. Very close to all major place in commercial district of Victoria Island, Ikoyi and Lekki. Great

Nice Hotel for a Good Price

Arrived late but found Embassy Trumssy Hotel, staff were nice, and helped a lot. Area is nice, many restaurants and clubs around open late. Area is very safe for Lagos, glad I found this place. Small hide away joint that is reasonable for the price.

Excellent Location Hotel in Lagos Commercial Area

Location is excellent. The new management is very good, boutique style hotel. Easy to get to all the areas in the commercial district in victoria Island. Clean area, hotel premises have stores and mart, plenty restaurants around area, close to shore, beautiful views. All for a good price, unlike most hotels in Lagos, this is a good bargain. Very reasonable price for that Victoria Island Lekki area. Highly recommended for any one needing close proximity to commercial district for business or visit at reasonable price.

Pessima esperienza a Lagos

L'hotel non è quello visualizzato nelle foto. Era garantito il wifi, che invece non c'è. La colazione gratuita, non è affatto prevista. Il ristorante descritto in hotels.com, non esiste affatto. La camera è fatiscente e la pulizia estremamente carente. Il bagno è indegno anche di una baracca di infimo livello. Era stato descritto come un quattro stelle ma probabilmente non ne ha nemmeno mezza. Mi dispiace, ma è stato un pessimo affare fidarmi di hotels.com.(Tra l'altro, ho il sospetto che l'albergo sia al centro di un giro equivoco). Spero che le otto notti che ho pagato passino in fretta perché non vedo l'ora di andare via da questo incubo.

Pessimo hotel senza ristorante e senza servizi degni di quel nome. I bagni non sono attrezzati e mancano persino sapone e il resto. Il personale è abbastanza disponibile ma non accettano carte di credito straniere

Avoid at all costs.

We booked a room at Embassy Court at the last minute and were thoroughly appalled by the poor quality of the rooms and service. The room was filthy and poorly equipped, lacking even toilet paper, a trash can, a towel, drinking water, glasses, mugs, or any other kind of dishware--for that matter. Everything in the room was dirty: sheets, shower, toilet, curtains, floors--the works. The only thing in their favor was that they had a mini-fridge in the room, but that's about it. I've stayed in some real dodgy places both in West Africa and India, but for what we paid this place is easily the worst hotel for the money I have stayed in.

longest waiting for breakfast EVER!

We had booked the room with breakfast, we ordered breakfast at 9am and were able to get it at 11:20am. Good luck with that :)

Long Sleepless Night

The following is what I got after heavily paying for the hotel! 1. Called the hotel for more than 10 times but no answer until I called the UK number out of frustration but there was very little they could do since also no body picked the call. The reason was because We could not locate the hotel easily after a very long flight and drive from the airport. It took us about 1hr to locate the hotel since there are other premises sharing the same address along the same road. 2. The reception was very poor. The rooms were very smelly/stuffy. 3. The linen was very dirty - used and not washed/changed for the two rooms we were given 4. At night there was a blackout, hence no AC and so very hot and difficult to breath - The generator was not put on 5. SADLY, at night it started raining and by surprise the rooms were flooded by water through the AC ON THE WALLS!!!! 6. One of the Room had no water at the shower, we had to go to the other room for a shower!!! Apparently nothing was done even after repeatedly reporting/complaining 7. SADLY, AFTER ALL THIS NIGHTMARE, THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST IN MORNING WHICH WAS INCLUDED IN THE ROOM PRICES!! - We were told that there was no Chef and the Restaurant was non operational! 8. VERY EXPENSIVE FOR SUCH!!! AND INNOCENT PEOPLE WILL END UP BEING VICTIMS OF SUCH. THE OWNER SHOULD CHANGE THE WHOLE MANAGEMENT, FAILURE TO THIS - THERE WILL BE NO CUSTOMER!!!
