We loved the community and especially the pool. The trolley stop was right outside and made for easy access to the beach. We can’t wait to stay here again."

"We had a great time. The place was so nice. Close to beach, short tram ride or walk. Lots of things to do around the place. It was a little hard to find the check in place. Be aware of all the spring break teens. They don’t seemed to be supervised and even with an 8pm curfew it was barely enforced. We loved the room upstairs with its own living area. The bunk beds are not recommended for adults as they are 3 high. Overall I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home."

"This was a lovely property in a great location. Easy bike ride to the beach, Seaside, and Watercolor with plenty of space for 6 adults. We would reserve again!"

"We had an amazing time, and felt right at home. The only issues we had were with the garage door entry lock and parking, so we just kept it locked and used the garage door entry code. The driveway only allows room for one vehicle, and finding parking along the streets on designated parking pads is difficult, so parking was a bit of an issue. Overall, the house is gorgeous, very comfortable, and had all the things we could ask for during a vacation. We loved our stay!!"

"Property was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was stocked with very basic utensils so don’t plan on cooking meals. A small coffee maker was provided but no coffee filters. Only 2 dishwasher tablets were left for our 4 day stay. Be sure to bring your own body soap & shampoo a very small amount is provided. 1 blow dryer for 2 bathrooms. Not generous with providing the extras. We paid enough for our stay for the extras to be provided."

"This property was clean, well stocked, plenty of linens and close to everything. We enjoyed our stay! It was a really nice set up with two king bedrooms and 5 twin beds (bunk beds and trundle). We had some minor things come up but it did not disrupt our stay. My only suggestion is putting a lock on main door that we could lock from inside and not be reliant on the lock with code. Maybe a top lock!? It did feel like a safe area and golf cart was very convenient!"

"We had 4 generations (ages 1- 68) stay at the house. 16 people in total. We had the best time. The location is perfect. Being right on the beach with 6 kids under 8 was perfect. The photos don't do the home justice. We felt it was even more beautiful in person. There was room for everyone to be together and plenty of room for everyone when you wanted a little quiet time. The pool was heated perfectly. Everyone loved swimming, even after the sun went down. We're already planning next years stay."

"Wasn’t notified that there wouldn’t be toilet paper or beach towels on condo. It was comfortable place to stay with very easy access to beach. "
