“We had stayed at this location previously, since we stayed several years ago the exterior maintenance of the building and public spaces including the ocean view deck for sunning and family gatherings, has fallen off. Ripped and dirty cushions, maintenance materials stored in public spaces. The biggest issue was arriving to find the AC was not working and an "in-window" unit had been added using tape and cardboard to seal the edges, all without this being communicated to us.”

“The accommodation experience was excellent!”

“We have stayed in this property several times over the years, and truly have loved the condo and its location off Cleo ST. The property manager was excellent with helpful, friendly communication and very quick responsiveness to questions. The view and proximity to the beach cannot be beat. That said, sadly, the property seemed very worn down this time. Torn and badly worn carpets. worn out linens, rusting patio furniture with sharp edges, mattress in main bedroom worn out with trenches on……

“Great view. A little elevated from the ocean. Good amount of stairs down to the beach. Clean unit, but a bit dated.”

“Stunning location and balcony. Can't find a better view than the one from this villa. This was perfect for a long weekend getaway. Nice that there was also A/C, a fireplace, and good wifi.”

“If they have availability, book it.”

“The pool was clean and refreshing, the house was nice and the kids enjoyed the pool table! ”

“The house was very clean and served as a good place for our family’s trip to Disneyland. Communication was great with owner. If there were changes needed it would be the hardware in the showers which were difficult to turn on; new towels in a a light or white color (a little worn), and redoing of some of baseboard areas. Just these minor changes would catapult this house into luxury level. Overall, it’s a great place to stay!”
