Had a confirmed reservation at this property that was booked through Orbitz, but when I arrived the hotel said they had no information regarding my reservation or stay at the resort. They were very rude and unhelpful at the front desk! Made zero accommodation for my family that was stuck in a rental car with luggage with no where to go! I was instructed to call Orbitz because it wasn’t their problem! Wow! Needless to say I was angry and embarrassed for them. I won’t be back

The property is right on the Pacific ocean, with totally beautiful views. These views are as good as it gets. Also, our condo was perfect, a large one-bedroom unit with a more than adequate full kitchen.
