Great room and great resort

For the quality of the location and resort this is a wonderful place to stay! Great views at any point during the day and could see tons of whale activity from our balcony!

3bdrm condo

2nd time staying here. Great location, grounds well kept. Great view of the ocean and whale watching. There was even a turtle on the beach one morning. My only complaint was ac wasnt operational. It really wasnt needed as the breeze off the ocean provided enough cool to keep it comfortable in the bedrooms.

Love Sullivan Properties and Sands of Kahana

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sands of Kahana is an amazing view and immediate beach access. The rental has all the kitchen items you need and plenty of extras. We had zero problems with noise or comfort. The staff downstairs at the poolside restaurant are so very kind and they make you feel like they have known you for years. In addition, Sullivan prepares you fully with information filled emails and are excellent at communication. We have used them twice now and would not hesitate again in the future.
