The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. They provided great service all around - from everyone at the front desk, concierge, restaurant, cleaing staff, etc. I'd definitely return. Great hotel!

It was disappointing that the rooms were not ready at check-in, although I had booked almost a month in advance. The attending staff and dining were great, but the property conditions were not so good. The air conditioner water started dripping from the ceiling, and it took two front desk calls and almost 20 minutes for someone to come and fix it. Overall, it was a good experience.

Hotel is old and is in dire need of refurbishment and rewiring. TV, plug access, switches are outdated and inconvenient. It was also difficult to shower without making a mess because of shower curtains instead of a glass wall. The commode was a lot smaller than usual, like it was installed for kids.

The staff are so so sweet and happily go the extra mile to make sure the stay is prefect. The building is dated but in my opinion this adds to the experience of staying in Pakistan. 10/10 for the staff and their attentiveness to our needs.

Wonderful stay!

Wonderful stay. Complimentary airport pick up, and we have four big luggages and two small but the hotel was informed and sent a big car. Outstanding service from staff from the moment we met the staff at the airport. Expectational service from Naveed and Lahirsab at the concierge desk. I stayed at Avari Xpress last year which was also a great stay. Avari Hotel also delivered. Will definitely be staying at Avari properties for my next visit to Pakistan. Good variety at the breakfast buffet. The hotel is close to main attractions of Lahore. Safe and secure property.
