Travelling with under 1y old baby. Great location, comfy beds, nice view, easy parking but toilet/bathroom was unclean and very stinky, and that is huge minus. That's why probably not coming again (especially with kids).

Property was renovated older building but was generally in good condition. Biggest drawback was no onsite staff. No one to answer questions or provide information. Outside of building very rundown but interior much better. Rate was good, but i had a rooftop view of pipes etc. Air conditioning ineffective on unseasonably warm week. Very quiet and plumbing quiet as opposed to U.S. hotels, a very nice change. With some exterior cosmetic upgrades and onsite staff it would get a much better review. Convenient to restaurants and groceries. Easy motorway access. Overall a good value.

I had a great experience here. The beds were comfortable and everything felt clean. It attempted at having a kitchen in a hotel style room which I was grateful for the refrigerator, microwave and the utensils. I was surprised they require that you take your own trash out and there doesn't seem to be anyone working there, I guess besides the cleaning staff. I had read some negative reviews on Google but after staying here, they must have stayed in a different style room or something.

Basically good

Ok so this is a basic hotel. But it has everything you need if it’s just a base. Everything is managed by text/ email. You won’t see anyone from the hotel. It is all very efficient and easy, but a long way from luxury. It was perfect for the Spartan weekend.

Room did not look anything like it did in the pictures. It needed re decorating and was very basic. However it was clean and warm and had a decent shower and tv. Using a code to unlock the door rather than a key was brilliant

Huone 313 oli loistava varsinkin verrattuna edellisviikon pienempään sisäpihan huoneeseen. Tässä ei ollut tunkkaista kellarin tuoksua, joka tarttui vaatteisiin, eikä ikkunan takana katolla hillunut työmiehiä. 313 ikkuna on kaupungille päin.

Kuluneet pinnat, eikä sohvaa tai yhtään nojatuolia missä olisi voinut istua tv:tä katsellen. Sängyn pääty oli likainen. Toinen tyyny olisi ollut tarpeen. Huone oli muuten siisti sekä astiat. Plussaa oli kahvin keitin ja veden keitin erikseen.

ovikoodi eivät toimineet. alaoveen ja kerros oveen kyllä, mutta ei itse huoneen oveen. Itselläni oli puhelimesta akku loppu niin oli iso ongelma. yöllä jouduin yli tunnin odottamaan että sain apua. kun asiakaspalvelu antoi uuden koodin sekään ei toiminut,. kolmas koodi toimi ja pääsin nukkumaan. kun aamulla taas olisin käynyt aamiaisella, ei koodi toiminut. näin ollen en voinut huonetta jättää. todella ikävä vierailu.

Tultaessa tiedettävä että on kaksi ovea hotelliin. Koitin ensin koodia väärään oveen eikä toiminut. Melkein ehdin soittaa aspaan kunnes paikallinen osoitti toisen oven luo. Suht. Siisti asunto. Yksi kuollut ötökkä peiton alla. Edelliseltä asukkaalta jäänyt muutama ruokailuväline tiskaamatta. Ulkoa ei kuulunut melua vaikka oli kolmannessa kerroksessa, mutta käytävän ovi on todella ohut ja jääkaappi kymmenen minuutin välein pitää mekkalaa niin korvatulpat mukaan. Sängyn pääty on ikkunaa vasten ja pimeysverhot muuten toimii mutta kummastakin reunasta pääsee valoa sisään niin valoherkät suojatkaa silmänne. Samalla kadulla lähikauppa mistä sai haettua aamiaista ja julkisten yhteyksien päässä. Lähtiessä on tiskattava ja vietävä roskat parkkihallin keräykseen. Soolomatkaajalle ihan kiva että on yhden sängyn huoneita tarjolla ja oli halvempi kuin varaushetkenä olleet AirBnBt.

Kulunut ja sotkuinen itsepalvelu majoituspaikka

Varatun huoneen suhkun letku rikki, astiat, yms. ruokailuvälineet kaapissa likaisena edellisen majoittujan sotkuineen. WC/pesuhuoneen pinnat likaiset, kuluneet, kaakelit maalattu päälle kaakelimaalilla jotka kuluneet jo irti. Asiakaspalvelu vaihtoi huoneen toiseen jossa oli ehjä suihkuletku mutta suihkuveden sekoittaja(venttili) toimi epämääräisesti ja hajosi kesken majoittumisen siten ettei suihkusta enää tullut vettä. Ensimmäisen huoneen tilalle saadussa huoneessa pinnat yhtä kuluneet ja likaiset kuten ensimmäisessä, lisäksi vedenkeitin viallinen ja vuoti vedet lattialle.

In der Dusche alles verschlimmert, zu wenig Toilettenpapier und sauber war es auch nicht wirklich (z. B. Haare am Waschbecken). Zimmer war unerträglich warm und Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht wirklich, außer das sie extrem laut war. Vorm Hotel hielten sich häufig seltsame Gestalten auf, so dass auch Polizei kam. Dieses Hotel ist das schlechteste Hotel, was ich je in Finnland hatte. Nicht empfehlenswert.
