Perfect for family or friends, the house welcomes 8 guests in a spacious, bright, and comfortable setting. It features 4 large bedrooms, including a master suite on the ground floor (king-size bed), and 3 further bedrooms with 160 cm and 140 cm beds. The large, light-filled living room opens directly onto the terrace and heated pool, and the kitchen is fully equipped.



For an extra fee, up to 4 additional guests can be accommodated in an annex beyond 8 people, depending on the period. Please inquire for details.



Outdoors, everything is designed for relaxation: large tiled pool, 5-person jacuzzi, pétanque court, ping-pong table, and access to the organic vegetable garden in summer. The spacious garden and terrace are perfect for summer evenings with barbecue and plancha.

In less than an hour, explore the beaches from Saint-Malo to Cancale, the medieval towns of Dinan, Vitré, and Fougères, the famous Brocéliande forest, or Mont-Saint-Michel. Nearby: restaurants, supermarkets, hiking, equestrian center, water sports, golf, and climbing.



Parties and events strictly prohibited. Only guests listed in the contract may access the property. Washing machine available for stays of 5 nights or more. No pets or children under 6, villa not suitable. Cleaning available for an extra fee. Any damage will incur additional charges.
