Your Lake Ann getaway awaits at this lovely 3-bedroom house located right on Sanford Lake. With 2 queen beds and 1 bunk bed, this adorable property is perfect for families or friends looking for a serene retreat or weekend of fishing.

Kayaks are on site for use and of course we welcome all of your lake accessories and even have a dock for your fishing boat. Sanford is a no-wake lake, so it is perfect for canoeing, kayaking or swimming! Explore the many ducks and water birds on the water as well!

Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, a washing machine, and AC. Plus, the bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer.
