Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication

There was no AC or hot water, just small fans. House was dirty, porch steps rotting. There were open bottles of alcohol, eggs and milk in the house. 2 of the guests left because they would not sleep there, the rest left the next day. Would be nice to get a refund
