It’s a beautiful house with a beautiful view. There’s tons of peace, quiet, and solitude, yet lots of fun to have in town. Didn’t have a chance to hike this time, but the nearby trails are favorites of mine. Thanks for the romantic stay!

House smelled terrible. Fridge was disgusting. Spider webs everywhere. Creepy room on second floor with dirty matters. House did not warm up at all. Only level floor was warm. House was cracking all day and night. Door knob fell out. Pictures falling of the walls. Overall location was great. Beautiful view. About 15-20 min drive from town.

It's much bigger in person!!! Had a great time holding a writer's retreat here. Be forewarned -- gets crazy hot upstairs in the afternoons, but it's a great house with space for people to spread out.

There were many issues with this cabin. The deck had old broken dirty junk stored on it that was not pictured on the listing. The deck was also very poorly lit. No dinner after sundown. There were two sliding glass doors leading to the deck. One was missing a screen and the other had a broken screen that made it very difficult to open and close. We put a bootle of club soda in the fridge not the freezer portion, but it froze the bottle and caused it to explode which could have been very dangerous. Spent 30 minutes picking up glass shards from the inside of the fridge. Dining room table has a glass top but under the glasstop was quite dirty and thus ugly to look at. Bedroom in the entry level had a heap of exposed cables. We purposely rented out a cabin with central air since it was going to be hot but the ac was never sufficient to cool the top floor and barely enough to cool entry level while turning the bottom level into a meat locker.

Our family truly enjoyed our weekend up in Lake Arrowhead. Very spacious and comfortable home. Close to the village and short distance to Snow Valley. Definitely would recommend it.

The house was great for the amount of bedrooms, large beds, and for the views. Super quiet and private, with a great outdoor space for grilling and hanging out. There were just a lot of issues that should’ve been fixed before we checked in- the upstairs shower was not working, a door handle was broken, the screen door was torn, and the main dining room light bulb was burned out. We called maintenance and they came out right away to fix the water and the light. The house itself could use a lot of updating, it has great potential and could yield a higher rental fee if they made more of an effort to make it renter-friendly.

Everything about this cabin was Beautiful and very Welcoming! My Family felt very comfortable and had a great time spending Family time in this great cabin. It was spacious, it was clean and the balcony view was incredible. We will definitely be back again Bear Paradise. Thank you for an unforgettable weekend!

Great stay for our family and dogs. Grateful for the little getaway. The house was a little too warm, and we couldn’t adjust the thermostat. But really that was not a big issue. It wasn’t hot.
