Wonderful Lake Arrowhead getaway
My family just finished another wonderful stay at Keith’s house. It’s a home away from home. Keith is a great host. He is friendly, informative and easy to communicate with. The location is amazing. The neighborhood is quiet, relaxing, and you have easy access to all the main roads. The parking and entry are level which is key on the mountain in winter. The house is clean, cozy, beautifully decorated and well stocked with all the essentials. It is also very spacious. It’s spread out over 3 levels (2 floors and an open loft) which gives lots of sleeping options. We will definitely be returning in the future.

NEW ANNUAL FAMILY TRADITION!
This property is phenomenal! We wanted to establish a new tradition for the holidays with our adult children and their spouses. The 4 separate bedroom spaces fit the bill perfectly. The kitchen was fully equipped and operational, the interior decoration was masterful, and we felt like we were at home away from home. The location is quiet and beautiful, close enough to the local store and the Village, but not too close. The ability to black out all the bedroom windows was perfect for sleeping in. We made memories we will never forget, and will for sure be back!

Arrowhead Getaway
We were the designated babysitters for our infant grandson while my daughter was part of the wedding party for her friend's wedding in the Twin Peaks area. This A-frame home offered easy access and was central to everything you would want for a stay in Arrowhead. The early check-in and late checkout times were nice. The unit is large and temperature control could be challenging due to the three floors. It worked for our needs as we only had two couples and there was a space heater and fan in the unit we could use when necessary. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils you would need for cooking. Most areas were very clean. The expansive deck areas had not yet been cleaned for transition to spring and summer use, but we were able to sweep up in order to use the space. The BBQ was handy and we cooked a tri-tip one night. Overall, a good place to stay and met our needs for the 5 days. We did not need lake access, but if you do you will need to look elsewhere.

Best place to spend your staycation with Family
Cabin is amazing and clean! The owner of the property is easy to communicate and friendly . The neighborhood is quite and we feel safe around the area. The den area for kids have a lots of games to play and very spacious. Living room, masters bedroom, and the 2 other room is also spacious and clean. Everything you need is provided, complete kitchen utensils, and initial bathroom supplies also available to use. Overall we really enjoyed staying here and will highly recommend it to friends and family, and definitely coming back again.

Winter trip
Our family really enjoyed staying at Keith’s place for a snow trip. The cabin was very spacious with plenty of bedrooms. The listing was as advertised. If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood around Lake Arrowhead I would definitely recommend this cabin!

Family together

It was just right for our group. Lot's of options for family members that liked a bit of privacy and the loft for the cousins. Sweet and homey, all the equipment we needed to cook in and be comfortable. Even though it was on the road, it was very quiet - especially on Sunday and Sunday evening. The back porch was peaceful. Would definitely stay again.

Great 1st Experience!
This was the first time we have stated in a VRBO property and it did not disappoint. We came to Lake Arrowhead for our son's wedding, and stayed here with extended family. Easy check in, cute cabin, lots of sleeping options. We enjoyed it very much!

This property was a great rental and centrally located. Within 10 to 15 minutes you could make your way to several different cities. The house layout and sleeping arrangements are well thought out and uses the space well. The kitchen is also well stocked with kitchenware. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing Getaway!
Our family enjoyed staying at this home very much. It is our second annual trip here, and it just gets better and better. The house is immaculate, clean, can accommodate a family comfortably and provides stunning views of the surrounding area. We have happily made this home our annual winter family trip.

Perfect in every way
The kitchen and house are maintained in excellent condition. There are wonderful high ceilings. It is in a quiet ideal location with great off-street parking, Keith is a super host and responded immediately to me regarding questions. Could not affirm more about this wonderful home and how well it is taken care of. Enjoyed our time by the gas fireplace and the big screen TV with all the streaming channels. The completely separate upstairs and downstairs bed and bath provided privacy for both of us. The windows looked out into the trees of a lovely snowing winter.

Great Mountain Getaway
My family had a great stay at Keith’s House. He is a wonderful host and quick to answer any questions. There is a binder full of information about the house, Lake Arrowland, and the surrounding towns. The house is clean and spacious. My kids loved having the whole bottom floor to themselves, plus the loft with games. We would definitely stay again.

This was a nice get away for girls weekend. Rooms are spacious. Host was quick to reply to all my pre checkin questions. I would stay here again. Bring your own towels as only 1 bath towel per person was provided. Pantry was stocked with seasonings amd other items. Kitchen was well supplied as well.

Great cabin!
Check in was a breeze and we really appreciated the early check in. Keith (host) was super responsive to any questions we had, plus there was a cabin manual with lots of information. The cabin was clean and well stocked. Rooms were a nice size and with three levels there was plenty of space for our party of six. Comfy beds and bedding. The cabin was in a good location and was quiet. Close walk to a small lake. Easy 10 minute drive to Blue Jay or Village. Excellent cabin and host!

Exceptional vacation home
We had wonderful time at this cabin. It was just as advertised, very comfortable and attractively decorated. The location was easy to find, and we had wonderful uninterrupted views of the forest from the balconies. Loved the central heating and air conditioning. My family spent 10 days at this cabin. The place was great for our family. Plenty of places we could take day trips to, Silverwood lake, Joshua Tree, and El Matador beach. We also enjoyed the local areas and hikes. Keith was very accommodating and very responsive to our questions. Thank You!

Alpine Retreat for All Ages
We had a beautiful Mother's Day weekend at this well laid out cabin. The three levels provide privacy for a group of six. The view from the spacious deck is lovely and two fireplaces provide an inviting atmosphere. We'd love to return.

A wonderful gateway
Our first official outing since Covid started. We had a truly wonderful stay. We got a chance to spend time together with our teen and preteen. The WiFi, unfortunately stopped working in the middle of the night. But, our gracious host came up to fix it. It meant the world to us with two teenagers. Although, the time without WiFi was well spent playing board games. Needless to say, we very much appreciated Keith come up and fixing the issue. Just absolutely love Keith and Donna’s awesome getaway home. We can’t wait to go back.

Keith is so nice and informative, replies quickly. The cabin was better than we expected, everything extremely clean and linens etc. smelled fresh not that closet smell which i loved about it. Great Weekend
We enjoyed our stay over Presidents Day Weekend in Lake Arrowhead. This location was about a short 10 minute drive to the village and we found a perfect location to enjoy the snow just 5 minutes down the street. This was our first staycation since the start of covid and we were very pleased on how clean this cabin was. I would recommend this cabin to any family looking for a place to stay in Lake Arrowhead.

Beyond beautiful!
Keith and his wife have a beautiful property here, so spacious, comfortable and easy to get to. Keith is so responsive to any questions you may have, and made the process easy. This home is stunning and provides incredible views. My family enjoyed the modern kitchen and smart TVs for movie nights, and there were more than enough beds for my large family to sleep comfortably. We will be back!

We had a perfect stay! The house was spotless and updated. Kitchen had a great array of dishes, pots/ pans and utensils. Super nice coffee maker! It has TVs in the master, main living room and downstairs den which was convenient with children. There’s a nice gas fireplace on the main floor. Checking in/out was super easy and we loved the early check in and late check out! Ample parking. Nice location with grocery stores close by. Would definitely stay there again.

Thanksgiving Celebration
This property was the perfect location for our small family Thanksgiving celebration. More room than we needed for 4 adults and a 2-1/2 year-old. Very comfortable beds and large bathrooms. This property would be awesome for a family reunion. We visited Santa's Village as well as Arrowhead Village both located very close to the house. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy a leisurely week. It was cold and windy and the fireplace was a welcome addition. My granddaughter loved the little Christmas Tree. I look forward to coming back for a stay when the weather is warmer!

Great weekend getaway
Keith was prompt at responding to messages and gave clear instructions. He provided baby gates which was very appreciated and also told us what to expect in terms of child safety so we could prepare accordingly. The cabin was clean and well-appointed, and the check-in and check-out times were very generous so we could enjoy a longer stay. Our kids enjoyed the cabin games and playing in the snow, and the fireplace made things extra cozy. Highly recommend.

Great place in a Snow Storm
We had a wonderful time during an unexpected Winter Storm of 12” of snow. To begin with, this home is exactly as presented in VRBO pictures. It is extremely clean and if you have a large family there is space for people to spread out on three levels of the home. Regarding the snow storm, the benefit of renting this home is that it is on a street that is frequently plowed. However, if 12” of snow fall in 24-hours there is little to do but wait it out. And this leads me to speak about how great the owners, Monica and Keith, were to help. Our departure occurred during the height of the storm—we were stuck. We called the owners and they immediately helped us by remotely reseting passcodes to allow us to extend our stay an extra day. They also provided passcodes to their shed allowing us to obtain snow shovels, etc., so we could eventually leave. All-in-all, great place, great owners and we plan on renting from them again.

Wonderful mountain retreat
The whole house was clean and well-appointed with amenities. The beds were very comfortable. The big surprise was the premium television subscriptions included; Hulu, Netflix, and Disney. Sitting on the deck every morning with the view was the “cherry on top” of this wonderful property. From the first question about the property to sending the checking in process, which was easy, Keith has been responsive and most importantly, very polite.

Pleasant home made for a nice getaway.
The house is very warm and inviting, and there’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Bedrooms on every level, including the loft upstairs. The home is very bright with several windows letting in natural light. For our stay, that sort of worked against us because it was 100° every day! That’s not the owners fault, though. There were fans in the closets (we brought our own just in case) but we were craving Air Conditioning. again, these were record-setting temperatures so I’m sure this will be the exception not the rule…. The house has most everything needed for a weeklong stay. There were standard spices/oils in one of the cabinets, but bring your own condiments if grilling burgers, hot dogs, etc. the paver-laid driveway was very nice and fits 4 cars, plus more parking just to the side of the driveway. This is rare up there!! Would stay again!

Nice newer mountain home
Home is new, in better condition than many neighbors. Heating works well, kitchen-dining is well supplied, beds are comfortable, and the fire places are nice. Convenient location only a few miles from Blue Jay and Arrowhead Village. The flat driveway is a winner in winter slippery weather.
