"Awful. House was 95F/35C on arrival. If 80F or more outside, house was an oven. No fans, no curtains, still an oven late at night. The internet router is locked away in a cabinet that "local" property management does not have a key to, nor indeed was aware of. So after a storm, went on without internet but asked repeatedly (and owner came to property two days later allegedly to drop off key, but instead just helped himself to the shed. No key!). "There is something for every age! We came with four adults and four kids all different ages and had the best time! Love the game room, movie room, lake and pool area. Sitting outside having a bonfire and making s’mores makes the trip the perfect escape we all were looking forward to. We come every year. We will be back! Thanks to all the staff for being so friendly and accommodating! 10/10!"

"This weekend was great thanks to our wonderful host and her cabin. She went out of her way to help us with information on the fireworks as we were there specifically to find a quiet place for 1 of our dogs. She answered all questions in record time."

"Upon driving into the property, we were greeted by Diane, who is one of the nicest host we ever met! She showed us where to park first, and our cabin, so that my husband can get the kids and our 2 dogs settled while I properly checked in. The property is very clean and serene, with amazing walking trials for our fur babies. The cabins were cozy and having a microwave and fridge was a plus! We were only there for 1 day; but already plan on coming back to this hidden gem to stay longer! 4 mins drive to lake arrowhead village too. Thank you Diane for being amazing and the easy check in and check out process!!"

"This cozy little hide away was a pleasant surprise. They are individual cabins so if you love your privacy this will allow that but at the same time don't expect hotel like accommodations. The massive jacuzzi tub and jets were awesome. Convenient parking next to each cabin, windows to enjoy the forest air, and individual patio setups to take in a night cap. The fridge was not on at first, but we were able to get it going and the beds are a little old school with squeaks. I would definitely stay again with the super accommodating and friendly staff and AMAZING restaurant. I highly recommend the short rib Ravioli which was to die for. They are also walking distance from the lake and village if you care for a small adventure."

"The Inn is very cute. My room was great. The only problem was the air cooler was not correctly taped and did not work. I did have to buy a fan for at night. This place is so convenient to everything. The host of the Inn, Jennifer is amazing. Very busy but still courteous and helpful. The place snacks and drinks 24 hours a day. I would definitely go back."

"Beautifully upgraded cabin, with easy level entry and off street parking. The hosts have done an outstanding job of designing and furnishing the home.The location is very quiet and a four minute drive to the village.We enjoyed our stay very much!"
