“This is a beautifully appointed tiny house. The bathroom is spacious. The steps up to the bed and low ceiling might be an issue for those with limited mobility but we 60 yos handled it fine. “We loved our 6 night stay at The Avenue .Excellent communication from Jonathon. Clean cottage, with quality and comfortable furniture and bedding. Top-notch amenities. We ordered the Breakfast and dinner food packages and this was great value with delicious local produce! Perfect place for a couple, private and peaceful with a postcard view. Location is 3 kms from Montville main street so we recommend a car. In saying that, its also a walk with views which we did. Highly recommend this place……
