“It’s a little ran down and feels dirty. You are able to purchase what ever you want from the room. You just take it and they will charge it to your room. Only problem is, when we got to our room there was only ONE towel(those are available to purchase for $11). I went to the front desk to tell them and they said that they were aware and would send one up. It never came, so now I’m expecting to see an additional $11 charge on my credit card…”

“Honestly for the price I expected a lot more. But the hallway outside my room was super hot, wallpaper peeling off the walls, carpet cut in places and coming up completely.
I had made a reservation but that didn’t help anything, they had ran out of king suites before I was able to check in. My reservation literally meant nothing, so I was given a double room which whatever no big deal, my issue is how the staff kept saying and this is why we don’t want our customers using third parties. “The room was clean, and the staff was great. We were able to keep the room cool enough. The king bed room, however, was TINY. It was small for one person, but unacceptable for two people. The was only space for one piece of luggage to place off of the floor. Desktop space and bathroom countertop space were inadequate. The cubby hole to hang clothes was laughably small. If you’re traveling with more than one person, and you need to stay more than one night, I would recommend looking to another……
