“The room was clean & space enough for the 2 of us adults. The bed & bedding was average. The continental breakfast was good. Did not include hot food but had decent bagels, donuts & muffins. The location was great & had nice outside space behind the lodge for sitting & looking at the lake. Large property with many cabins. Restaurants were not able to accommodate everyone every night.”

“Unfortunately, we were pretty disappointed with our stay this weekend. The rooms were clean, but the walls were so thin we could hear entire conversations in the room next to us, and doors slamming throughout the night actually shook our room. Dinner was also disappointing. My food was extremely overcooked and I barely ate it. Our server agreed there was an issue and offered to take a portion off the bill. Then, while we were paying, he said, “I would’ve taken the whole thing off,” and kind of……

“The room was nice and clean and the staff was very accommodating and friendly!”

“It is nice tent, very pretty and peaceful but the blanket was stinky and animal fur on blankets and floor. Also the bathroom are too far away from the tents.”

“Clean room. Friendly staff.”

“This was our first stay here and it was very good! The breakfast was decent and well maintained. The staff was helpful and the room was clean. We would……

“Great place - wish I had 4 nights vs 2 nights!”

“Like sleeping at a cozy cottage!”

“Clean room and good location”

“Very small bathroom and outdated and very low standing toilet.”

“Refurbished old motel right on the highway with a standing outside view of the sunrise over Burlington bay. Can’t beat the location for day tripping around and walking the SHT.”

“The room was lovely and clean and the view of the lake was beautiful! We had a wonderful time!”

“This was great for our family of 3 to stay. Super convenient location to Two Harbors. My kid loved the pool. We had access to both the Burlington Bay and Superior Shores swimming amenities, but the Burlington Bay area was much cleaner and better kept. Room and beds were clean and comfy, view was beautiful. Would return.”
