  • Enjoy this spacious and stylish 3-bedroom, one-story home centrally located off 35 in North Texas! The space features a relaxing layout to enjoy with loved ones; as soon as you walk in there is an eye-catching white fireplace that overlooks the living space. There you'll enjoy the 65'in TV; then you'll go to the open kitchen with a massive window overlooking the backyard. You'll make your way to the dining room area, which is right off the hallway to the bedrooms and bathrooms. We allow pets with a $100 fee

Very nice property! The front room was very large and accommodating for all 6 of us. The beds were very comfortable and the house was in a great location. We had activities in Corinth as well as The Colony and we had an easy drive to both. Would definitely stay there again!

We visit our grandchildren in Hickory Creek so this property is perfect. Do comfortable and it has everything that we need. Next visit, we would stay here again. Thank you.

The property was rented out for a year. Never received any information regarding check in. Finally was able to talk to the contact host who advised the property was not available. This was a very discouraging transaction.

Great Little House

Very comfortable little home, owners even worked with us for a late check out due to a change in our itinerary. Will save this one in our favorites as we will make this trip many more times over the next 2 years.

Overall the property was nice for what we needed, but our experience was definitely not near as positive as any other VRBO experience we’ve ever had. 2 tips: 1) there are raccoons or something in the attic that you hear all night. I communicated this to the host and she said she’d get it taken care of, so surely this won’t be an issue going forward. But they kept most of us up all night. And 2) when booking and traveling with pets, DO NOT assume that checking all of the boxes about staying with pets is enough!! Double, triple check the fees when booking to ensure you have the pet fee. There are undisclosed cameras on the property (doorbell and I’m not sure what others because I couldn’t get a clear answer and none are disclosed in the listing) and these cameras are reviewed during your stay and you WILL be hit with a surprise pet fee at some point during your stay with no heads up and no communication. I’m fine paying the pet fee - it’s my fee for choosing to travel with my pup - but waking up to a fee out of nowhere felt a bit like I was on The Truman Show and being watched and the host never would tell me with certainty where all of the cameras were. Just felt a little odd…
