“Manor on the Mile 2 is a clean, modern, and pristine rural property, away from, yet very close to many urban locations. We will definitely go back should when we need to stay in the area. Sweet host, too.”

“We reserved a room for 4 guests. Our room only had 2 towels. When the front desk was paged, we were told to go get them from the lobby. I asked if they could be brought to the room and the gentleman was nice enough to bring them. Then, we realized that the room had no hand soap and no body wash. There was only one small bottle of shampoo, conditioner and lotion. For 4 people!? We also only had 1 roll of toilet paper (whatever was in the dispenser), when we called the front desk to get more, we……

“Clean”

“Upon check in at 4:30 our room wasn’t clean and we had to wait 1.5 hours with 2 small kids. Front desk was no way helpful, concerned or apologetic. Our room had a small area by the bed that was wet and the floor soft like you could fall though it.”

“Remote parking is indeed a drawback.”

“The breakfast was very good and the pancake making machine was something new to me and they were tasty. We were disappointed that the internet was not working.”

“Breakfast was good, hot tub was nice. The pool had a huge clump of hair floating around and the bathrooms in the pool area were pretty gross. Room was great but not the cleanest. Hair in the tub and floor of the bathroom and when I pulled out the sofa bed there was leftover food and crumbs.”

“The staff was totally amazing! I came to breakfast with our 2 boys and Dale ran over and helped get one in a high chair and a sweet woman came over and asked if she could turn the tv on cartoons for them. The service and care was crazy good.”

“Horrible tv’s! Couldn’t find channels. So difficult to navigate. It would help to have some directions and a channel guide in the room. Also, a perk would be to have a water cooler in the lobby.”

“Perfect pet friendly place to stay. Very clean, well-maintained, and easy access for taking the dog out. However the ventilation seemed inadequate and the room was stuffy and humid, with a hint of wet-dog smell, and with windows that don’t open there was no way to alleviate it.”

“Check-in was quick, easy, and amazi g. The staff was very helpful. Also, the reception was so much fun. Getting to mix and mingle with others that were there during the social hour was a new but enjoyable experience. I can't wait until my next visit”
