“We were in Italy for a family holiday. I chose Malcesine for its proximity to hiking and biking - it was as I had hoped. I chose the villa for its location, authentic Italian charm and the view. It was as we had hoped it would be and more. The view was spectacular. Jeanne was super helpful and sweet. She made us feel very welcomed and offered great advice. It was a bit tricky finding the location initially, this is the only thing that could be improved. We would highly recommend this villa. I……

“Everything was great”

“The garden, grounds and pool area of this villa are wonderful, and where we spent most of our time. Lovely views, secluded and quiet. The inside of the villa has everything you require, and the view from the master bedroom is quite spectacular. The owner was very helpful when we became stranded to a vehicle issue, despite being on holiday at the time himself. A couple of points to be aware of - the access road is quite tight, like much of rural Italy, and so I would not advise using a large 4x4……

“Wonderful stay. Beautiful home, beautiful location. Driveway up to property is difficult to navigate and hard to understand, so the check in process should be more descriptive, but truly a wonderful stay for my friends and I. I couldn’t recommend the property more.”

“Nach steiler Auffahrt liegt ein schönes Haus inmitten alter Olivenbäume in absolut ruhiger Lage. Unserer Familie hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Aussicht auf den Gardasee ist beeindruckend. Danke auch für die schnelle Kommunikation 👍”

“Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe läuft problemlos. Zum Standort: Ideal als Startpunkt zum Wandern und Mountainbiken. Ein Verleih ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. An den See fährt man mit dem Auto etwa 15 Minuten. Bedingt durch die Höhe (etwa 600 Meter) ist es im Sommer angenehm kühl. Ein sehr gutes Restaurant ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt eine große Wiese neben dem Haus, die sich sehr gut zum Spielen eignet. Bei uns……

“The property is spacious and fitted with an array of amenities and comforts well above the average. One of the best properties we ever stayed at. A gem!”

“The property has a beautiful view but it has a very long and steep walk to get to any restaurants. There is NO AIR CONDITIONING even though the listing clearly stated there was A/C and there is not a single fan in the house, either. Google maps does not get you to the house, you have to keep on going and then back into the gated driveway or go past it and turn around. Very difficult to get a large vehicle into the driveway. Has a beautiful view but that is about the highlight of the……
