The hotel is clean and the view is amazing! There are endless shops, restaurants, boat tours and activities within walking distance. The fire pits overlooking the lake are a nice touch. Highly recommend!

It’s our 3rd trip to Lake George and first time with FWH and the best so far. We upgraded to a king room facing right at the fountain and the Beaty of Lake George. We booked a dinner with live music, it was on a Friday night late September and it was a bit quiet mostly older folks. Will definitely booked again at FWH hotel!

Overall the stay was good, we enjoyed its location right next to Lake George, but the room was just ok as it was not in the main building but rather in a small motel style building next door. Otherwise we loved everything, the views, the restaurant, outdoor pool, bar, seating area.

We stayed in the wing that offered gorgeous views of the lake, however our room was dated. The whole wing looked like it needed some tender loving care with cracked concrete and uneven surfaces. Restaurant food was good, but breakfast was very slow. Bar service was very slow, too. We traveled after Columbus Day so they may have been short staffed since everything is winding down. Room was very clean and towels were replenished. Location is excellent and it is easy to walk along Canada Street, along shoreline, and over to boats. Foliage was spectacular! Would stay again.

We were in the units facing the lake and it was wonderful ! The staff was great. Especially Antonio aka Gino, who took care of our fire pit, food and drinks . A definite asset to Fort William Henry Hotel. Not a bad word about the property and staff.

We had a great vacation staying at the Fort William Henry. Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff were so helpful in each and every way. We will be looking forward to staying there again next year.
