Year- round wonderland in this charming Lake George home - walking distance to Million Dollar Beach, Lake George docks, Ferries, Fort William Henry, restaurants, and shops! Skiing: 15 Minutes to West Mountain. 30 minutes to Gore Mountain and 20 minutes to the hidden ski gem of Hickory Ski Center! Oversized Lemonade front porch, oversized back deck with private in ground pool (seasonal - May - Oct) fireplace, upgraded fully equipped Chef’s kitchen, 3 bedrooms, plus 2 bonus rooms with sleepers. Sleeps 12 total. 3 baths with showers, 2nd floor deck off bedroom, laundry facilities.

The home has 3 bedrooms upstairs and there are 2 bonus rooms downstairs. They are dens connected to each other with a full sleeper sofa and an additional futon. It’s almost like another section of the house with its own bathroom, set of stairs and sliders to the deck and it’s own entrance. My kids sleep there and they love it so much they won’t sleep anywhere else! Tv also in that area and a fireplace. The main living room has a fireplace and a sleeper sofa and there are sliders to the deck and pool from the fully equipped Chef’s kitchen. There’s a barbecue grill out back and the deck is large with several table and seating areas. The lovely front porch also has seating. There are 3 baths - full shower and tub on the first floor, 2 upstairs, first has a shower and the other is tub/jacuzzi.
There is room to park your boat, ATV, snowmobile or camper. Rustic Adirondack den, free WIFI and Roku. Master bedroom also has Roku tv. Other 2 bedrooms have Rokus as well.. Bring the whole family and barbecue out back. Walking distance to Million Dollar Beach, Lake George Village, Lake George Marina/boat docks, parasailing, restaurants, shops and Usher Park/Beach.

Local attractions include minutes drive to Prospect Mountain, Six Flags Great Escape Amusement and Waterpark, horseback riding, and the Outlets at Lake George. In the winter come up for Winterfest in February and Skiing all winter long! West Mountain 10 minute drive, Gore Mountain 30 minutes. And the hidden ski gem of Hickory Ski Center 20 minutes! Saratoga Racetrack and the Casino only 1/2 hour away. House is available to book anytime of year- everything you ever wanted for a vacation!

  • Lake George Steamboat Company offers a variety of tours and tour lengths on three different boats. This is the Mohican, their largest. The trip was about 2.5 hours, cost about $23 per person and traveled from the southern point of the lake to about half way north. There is a snack bar but I did not visit it. There is commentary talking about the history of the lake, area and some of the houses. It was a very relaxing and pleasant way to spend the afternoon.

This spacious home exceeded our expectations. The large kitchen is well equipped and there are so many places to sit and relax on the main floor. The huge, fenced back yard has a pool, many seating areas and even a big fire pit to sit around and look up at the stars. Being so close to restaurants and Main Street was a nice bonus. The hosts were very communicative. helpful and friendly. We definitely will return to this Lake George gem!.

Mud Pies Vacation

Good location. Fun for our family of 8 with two under six. Plenty of areas to hang out. On the outside the pool and the large awning were perfect. Grill worked great. Inside was comfortable and clean. Not plush, but worked well for us.

Wonderful stay

We were a group of three families (all friends) who rented this house. We ended up having four adults and four kids there- kids ranged in age from 3 to 7 and all loved it. Communication with the owner was terrific- she seems completely lovely and really easy to interact with and very quick to respond. The pool was great- it gets pretty deep at something like 9 ft. But the first half of the pool has stairs and a shallow until about 4 ft. And then there's a steep drop off. I mention it because even though there was a smaller area for the little kids to play in the pool, they still were able to have fun and play without needing floaties to stay upright. The location was great for our family esp with young kids. There is a very little beach (I think usher beach?)and park down the street. That was terrific. It's a short drive to the arcade. There were restaurants close by who delivered and we were able to get Walmart delivery for groceries. All in all great stay and would definitely consider staying there again!

My Dream Bachelorette Party

My friends and I celebrated my bachelorette here for a long weekend, and everything was just a dream come true. I am still in awe and just tickled to death with our time in Lake George. Annette’s property was a dream come true, plenty of space for all of us girls to sleep and get ready after a long day in the sun (3 full bathrooms is amazing!!) Pool is so clean, we had so much fun on the back deck. Thank you for a weekend J will remember for the rest of my life. Already want to go back!

Fun Time in Lake George!

We had a great time at this house. The property was close to town and the beach. The back yard was awesome with the pool and our kids loved the arcade games in the den. The house was exactly as listed. There were also tons of towels, sheets, blankets, etc. Annette and her husband were super quick to respond to any questions we had. Great place for a family vacation!

We had such a great stay over New Years Eve weekend. We slept comfortably with a bigger group. Annette was very quick to respond and immediately sent over her husband to help when we had an issue with the shower. The house was just what was listed and very close to town. Overall a great stay

This house is a nice cozy place and had just the right amount of room for our party of 12. The hosts were great and very prompt in responding to all our queries. A couple of things could have been better - the door in the big master bath didn't close properly. That should be fixed. Also, the heat in the house wasn't great in the living room and kitchen. Even with the fireplace on, the living room and kitchen were pretty cold. The furnace wasn't turning on even when the thermostat setting was 73F and the indoor temp was showing 60F. That needs to be checked as well. But overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Short walk to downtown. Very well appointed. Lots of updates. Very accommodating owner to work with. Plenty of linens and kitchen supplies. Just bring your clothes, food & beverages! We had a great time.

Perfect location!

Perfect location, close enough to walk into The Village for shopping and restaurants yet still very private! The pool was great as well. The sliding back door was still very hard to open and close. The owner was quick to respond to questions. Overall we loved our stay there. Unfortunately we won’t be able to afford it next year with the drastic price increase, which is actually closer to what it’s probably worth. Got lucky this year.

Family Reunion

The property was wonderful. It had everything we needed with the exception of a colander and broom and dustpan (we clean up after ourselves, so we bought one) Ages ranged from 2-90 and everyone enjoyed their stay.
