This newly renovated, stylish, cozy, sun-filled modern vacation home has 3 floors 1,898 Sq ft house .58 acres has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large deck, bbq gas grill, wet bar w/mini fridge, screened in porch, washer/dryer and 2 fireplaces inside. Sleeps up to 6 adults comfortably. Smart front door lock, central AC, free WiFi and firepit. Parking available for up to two cars.

Master bedroom: located on second floor with private balcony and lake view. King size bed with memory foam mattress, 600 count Egyptian cotton sheets and organic cotton comforter.

Second bedroom: located on second floor and has queen size bed, 800 count sheets and organic cotton comforter.

Third bedroom: located on first floor and has queen size bed, 800 count thread sheets and organic cotton comforter.

Bathroom 1: located on second floor with spa bath caddy bathtub & sink vanity.

Bathroom 2: located on first floor with spa bath caddy bathtub & sink vanity.

Living room: located on first floor with beautiful lake views, open concept to dining room and kitchen and walkout to spacious deck. Large sofa, lounge chair and coffee tables. HD Smart TV. Fireplace and board games.

Kitchen: newly remodeled, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, fully equipped, basics kitchen essentials, bring your own coffee for drip Keurig coffee maker, complementary coffee, toaster, 6 sitting dining table and two counter stools.

Bar/Lounge: lower level of the home features entertainment space with fireplace, HD Smart TV, two chairs, high top table and fully-equipped wet bar and counter stools, mini fridge for relaxing and enjoying views of the lake.

General: free WiFi, linens & towels, washer/dryer, hair dryer, toiletries, laundry detergent, garbage bags, paper towels, dishwasher tablets and dish soap.

Outdoor space: spacious deck overlooking lake with incredible views, gas grill and 2 Adirondack chairs. Screened in porch below deck with patio furniture set. Firepit in backyard.

Beach Access: Private resident only beach is just a 10 min walk downhill from home. Also, just minutes away from numerous public beaches and landings. Fishing and pets are not permitted on this beach; however, there are a number of public beaches nearby. Note: The private beach/lake is not directly accessible from the property.

Gas grill: We request our guest to shut off the gas valve and clean cooking grates with scraper after grill use.
-Dishes/utensils: Please load all used dishes and utensils in the dishwasher and run full wash cycle.
-Furniture: If you moved any of the indoor/outdoor furniture, please put that back in its original spot.
-Leave used towels in the bathtubs
-Turn off all lights and lock all doors
-Discard trash and recycling to the garbage cans outside
-Must be at least 25 years old to book
-No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
-No parties

Please note that the house is located in a wooded area. Despite our cleaning and maintenance efforts, you may encounter insects and/or wildlife in the house. For this reason it is very important that you keep all screens to windows, as well as doors, closed all the time to avoid entry of insects/wildlife into the house.
