The Desert Casita is a 1-bedroom home featuring a large bathroom with a luxury shower, 2 TV's, a very comfortable queen memory foam bed with quality linens and blackout curtains, a hide-a-bed in the living room, a work-from-home desk and reliable Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, A/C, a big fenced backyard with firepit, fenced-in patio with BBQ and outdoor games, ample parking including a carport, all on a secure and secluded property. It is 5-star rated, and highly sought after by guests.
Located on the North-end outskirts of Lake Havasu City, AZ, this Desert Casita vacation rental is a tranquil home offering a quiet, private, and secluded retreat. It's only a 15-minute drive to Downtown or the lake. This beautiful property is very dog-friendly with a large, fenced yard and patio. You will find plenty of secure parking for your Boat, Side-by-Side or Tailor on this 4-acre, gated property. It is fully stocked with everything you'll need for a relaxing stay, perfect for stargazing and enjoying stunning sunsets. You will never want to leave!

This was the perfect location for us, a quick jaunt into Havasu proper less the stop lights and winding roads. If you're in the area for leisure, this home is also a great base for getting on the trails, Topock, the river, Oatman, etc. The home was clean, adequately cooled, and hosted a pleasant array of extras. If you forget anything these hosts thought of it. We appreciated it was truly a pet friendly home and our hosts were accessible, accommodating, and friendly.

Hiding from winter snow

The 1 bedroom house is immaculate and appears to have been professionaly decorated. Simply impeccable stay. It is a few minutes outside of town but certainly worth the trip. My wife and I were very happy to have found this property!

Wonderful little casita!

Quiet and relaxing area. The hosts were amazing and helpful. The genuinely are looking for their guests to be comfortable. The special welcome sign and small gift was amazing. Thank you for everything!!!
