Room 1: One Memory Foam King Bed, Smart TV, Workspace with extra Computer Screen, and an En-suite Master Bath with double shower heads.
Room 2: One Memory Foam Queen Bed and a Smart TV.
Room 3: One Memory Foam Queen Bed and Two Spring Twin Mattress Trundle Beds, with a Smart TV.
Room 4: One Memory Foam King Bed, Memory Foam Twin Bed (pulls out to King), Smart TV, and an Extra Large Balcony.
Additional sleeping: Two Memory Foam Twin Cots in the 'Room 1' Closet.
FREE Solar Heated Pool: The pool is typically warm between 70°-90° from the end of March to June and again from October to November (Note: Pool warmth depends on outdoor temperatures and cannot be guaranteed

Game Room: The game room is equipped with a Pool Table/Ping Pong, Vintage Pac-Man Game, Smart TV, Board Games, 3 Large Sliders for an indoor outdoor feel, and is fully air-conditioned with a Large Mini-Split.
Indoor Living: The home is fitted with two central air conditioning units, living room 78" Smart TV, hairdryers, ceiling fans in every room, central heating, commercial size washer/dryer, and 3 full bathrooms.
Outdoor Living: 6ft deep Pool, 7-person hot tub, 4 lounge chairs, propane grill, covered 6 person dining area with 4 extra chairs available; plus 6 white chairs for the firepit area, outdoor fire pit (wood not provided), and a corn hole set.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a Coffee Maker/Keurig, Crock-Pot, Stove top Espresso maker, Instant Pot, Electric Mixer, Blender, Oven has Airfryer built in button, and a extra large pantry.
General Amenities: Organic shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Free WiFi, linens/blankets, bath towels, pool towels, laundry detergent, Dish Detergent, Sonos speaker system.
Parking: The shorter driveway measures 42ft x 22ft and fits 3-4 cars or a large boat(detached). The longer driveway is 70ft x 16ft, fitting 5-6 cars or a boat (backed in usually best!). 2 car garage normal size

Here’s how solar pool heating works:
Pool water is directed through a series of individual tubes on the roof as the water gradually runs through the tubes, it’s heated by the sun’s natural energy. The heated water returns to the pool and repeats the cycle heating the pool an average of 10°-20°
(Which is why it’s based on outside temperatures and isn’t guaranteed to be warm during any stay.)
