Clean cute place with excellent set up for parking your boat!

This was a great little property the back yard was amazing. We loved having access to the rv garage to park our boat. Great location as well.

I recommend this property.Was adequate sleeping for everyone.we really enjoyed the backyard.The fire pit was great in March . Hot Tub sure felt great.

Quick Trip

We decided last minute to take the short trip and found this little gem. Quiet neighborhood perfect size house for us 7adults and was able to park both boats in the garages. Great area in the back yard to relax after being on the lake. Will definitely look to book here again

Our home away from home

We packed up our service dogs and off we went to Lake Havasu and this beautiful home that was very dog friendly, our dogs are cleaner than allot of people and are very well behaved and travelled, we felt comfortable in this house as we didn't arrive to 100 rules and regulations, just simply a few items listed behind the front door The jacuzzi was only for 2 people but adequate for our needs, it was quiet and peaceful and served all of our needs for a week. Would definitely return to this home.

Backyard is gorgeous

House is great, perfect for a small family. A/c worked better than most places we’ve stayed at. Only thing we would have liked is a tv in all The bedrooms. There is only one tv in the master room but it’s got 2 doubles in there vs a king bed. It was a Ricky & Lucy Ricardo setup. Otherwise great.

Get away from the snow for a bit

The back yard was relaxing as you can see in the pictures. We went touristing during the day- boat rides, golfing and shopping etc. we would then come back to the house to play Cornhole and relax in the backyard. We came early March so the morning and nights would cool off but the day never got too hot… which is good for us. The neighborhood was quiet but accessible for Pizza Hut and five dollar Hollar.

Perfect for boats

Very clean house. Plenty of clean towels and comfy beds. We really enjoyed our stay here.
