“We stayed here for our annual family Florida trip. The place was great for our needs. The pool got good use even in the rain. Unfortunately we came during the tropical storm. The owners were great and allowed us to check in early to avoid the incoming weather. Communication was easier by cell phone than through the app but the responded promptly. The only issue we had was a broken TV in one room but we ended up not even needing it. The owner was willing to get us one but we handled the stay just……

“Our entire family was comfy (13 adults and 2 infants) in the large house and 2 separate apartments. Everyone had their own space but the gathering areas were generous, too. The inside was updated, clean and comfortable. It was extra special to have garage space for 3 vehicles. However, the outside was a tad shabby and the lawn was not mowed. “The property was extremely clean in a nice quiet part by the beach literally 2 blocks from a drive on area!! My family of 6 went and we had lots of space. Everything worked with no issues and communication was excellent. We stayed for Jeep Week and would love to return to this property next year if its available. “Manager was quick to reply to all questions and concerns. The title "Close to everything" is very accurate. Close to I-4, close to restaurants, close to Wal-Mart, Lowes, Home Depot, etc. Our only negative was the Master Suite mattress was terrible. It was a Sleep Number that one side was mostly deflated. The bottom mattress of the bunk beds was also very uncomfortable. Fortunately, we were able to arrange our sleeping to allow everyone a decent mattress.”

“We had a wonderful time visiting. We were in Florida for the races at the Daytona International Speedway. The house is 15 minutes from the track and is in a very nice neighborhood. The house is beautiful. Very well maintained. The owner/property manager was very attentive with very quick responses to questions. I highly recommend this place. I give it a 10/10. Will absolutely rent here again for our next trip!!!”

“The house was nice though slightly limited on bathrooms. The dishwasher was minimal at best with the stairs leading to the second floor a challenge. That being said, the house was nice for being at the beach on the ocean. The focal point of the house was the real nice pool that was more than expected. Also the easy walk to the beach was perfect.
