"The rooms here are very spacious, the cleaning staff and front desk staff are excellent and helpful. Especially love the dog friendliness of this motel. There are two nearby parks with trails Felicita County Park and Kit Carson. Both good for kids activities and Kit Carson has disc golf and a sports center. Loads of shopping and grocery stores within a mile. Stay on the second floor for a quieter experience. "

"This place was a little piece of paradise everything you need. Phil and Kristina are very accommodating hosts met all our needs. Shopping , restaurants, and sights close or within 30 minutes. We were impressed. "

"An amazing house for a 3 generation family gathering of 23 people. The outdoor area and the pool are just awesome. The view over the infinity pool to the surrounding hills and lake is wonderful. The barbecue area is large and stools in the water at the bar were fun. The spa is spacious. I have never seen such a large amazing pool area at a private home. The fire pit was perfect for s’mores. Everyone enjoyed the amenities in the house including the game room, movie theater and large spaces to congregate. The kids sleeping area was perfect for the 10 kids. Upstairs hanging on the wall it says “The best thing about memories is making them”. Our group made wonderful memories staying at this home. "

"The pictures don't do it justice. This home was so much better in person. The host was on top of any and all concerns we had. There were only two downfalls to this place. First is the fact that the jacuzzi is controlled by an app you have to download and it takes awhile to get warm. And the second is the fact that you eventually have to check out and go home. My family completely enjoyed this place. We would love to come back in the future. "
