See mountains from every window the poppys inthe spring, snow capped mountains in the winter, unobstructed view of the lake in front from the wrap around deck. The house is cozy with full laundry in kitchen, a beer fridge. Wood burning fireplace with tons of free fire wood. Walk right out the door and you are hiking. It sits on a one acre property so it is not crowed by anyone. A lot or privacy and a tree fort for the kids. 1/2 mile down is a cafe, store and gas newly remodeled bath

The house was recently repainted and partially remodeled . It is very well kept and clean

they can acess entire house and yard all the way aroudn the house.
Other things to note
This area of Lake Isabella is called Squirell Mountain Valley and is the nicest in the entire valley.
