Great place to stay!

The house is wonderful, kitchen is fully equipted, pleanty of towels for the beach, beach toys, just a great place to enjoy the family, and the beach. the Tropical storm came for a visit, but... no one had an issue with that. We would stay here again.

The house was simply beautiful. Three families fit in this house and we still had space. The walking bridge is a 30 second walk to the beach. Sitting on the outdoor balcony to tan with the ocean in full view was beautiful. We’ll be back!!!

Nice house on quiet end of beach.

One of the newest houses in Surfside. Very well equipped kitchen. Both balconies have good chairs to enjoy the view. Everything worked and the house was very clean. The bedrooms are very large and have attached bathrooms.

Weekend Fun

This is the second time we have stayed at this house. Still in perfect condition. Beds are comfy, home is clean and spacious for everyone to not be on top of each other. The decks are great to sit out and talk with each other; or watch and listen to the ocean.

Wonderful time

Had a great time. Nice and cozy place for the 10 of us. Minor defects in the house (like doors that don't fully close), but no big deal. We did have a clogged bath tub but that was dealt with very quickly. Would definitely rebook in the future. Highly recommend.

Beautiful House!

Seashell Chalet is a beautiful home. It has been recently renovated and has modern, attractive flooring and fixtures. The kitchen has updated appliances and is very well equipped, it had everything we needed to prepare meals. The living area is well suited for a large or small group to spend time together comfortably. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are nice. Clean linens and towels were provided. The location is great and the decks are delightful. So relaxing to sit on the deck and take in the view of the gulf. We enjoyed our stay and if we make it back to Texas would stay again.

Very expensive

The proper was large and clean. The fridge didn't seem to be working very well until I pulled it slightly away from the back wall. It really needs an elevator so you don't have to lug supplies up the long stairs. Enjoyed our stay but it is very expensive. I calculated with check in not until 4pm and check out at 10am it cost be a bit over $47 per HOUR, and 16 or those hours I was asleep! I don't think I would do it again.

Family Fun in the Sun!

The house was perfect for our stay. We decided to bring our families together under one roof for a stay at the beach and this place didn't disappoint. The view every morning and evening was so great. As mentioned in other reviews the kitchen is well stocked. The beach is a short walk away, so very convienent for any snacks or other items that need to be brought down for a day relaxing on the beach. The host was quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. The room with bunk beds is on the main floor and was perfect for all the kiddos to hangout and play. The other 3 rooms are upstairs, the beds are comforatble and two have a private bath. As with any beachhouse there are stairs, this one seemed to have a lot, so keep that in mind if you have any mobility issues. I would recommend this house to anyone needing a space for a few families and want the convenience of the beach.

Awesome Location!

We had a great stay. This house was perfect for littles with just a short walk to the beach. Was convenient for family flying into Houston and driving to the stadiums. Endless beach toys were provided, and the kitchen was well equipped for large family meals. Will book again!

Amazing Place

The location is perfect , easy access to the beach and was able to enjoy an amazing sunset , The house was very clean and amenities for the kitchen, bedrooms were fully stocked , plenty of seating for lounging and the check in process was easy and the owner came and sprayed for mosquitos since it has recently rained . My family had a wonderful experience and would definitely rent again Thank you

Great Family Gathering Home

Seashell Chalet is a clean, welcoming and comfortable home. Love the layout of the home and types of beds in bedrooms. Access to the beach is a “ramped” walk over the dunes. We LOVED the decks and hammocks! Owner very accessible.

Perfection

So clean! The kitchen is well stocked with Pampered Chef items in every drawer and cabinet. Awesome fridge that kept everything at the perfect temperature. Beautiful inside and out! We loved the bunk room and the plentiful bathrooms. The upper deck provided privacy for sitting and watching waves. Communication was excellent and the owner adds the little details that matter. Quality soaps, plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, nice towels, and lots of seating on the decks! Perfection! The hammocks were a huge hit for our group. The stairs are steep, so if you have mobility issues, be aware. Love this place and plan to return!

Great House
