We had challenges getting the TV to work, it appears the remote needed new batteries. My biggest complaint is the requirements for guests to strip beds, load and run the dishwasher and take the garbage to the dumpster before checking out at the ridiculously early time of 10am. "The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay."
