Location Description
This condo community is located within 10 minutes of Bagnell Dam Strip and 20 minutes from Osage Beach. By water, the condo has a main channel view of the 2 Mile Marker as the boats venture to and from the dam. The cove location allows for safe boating and docking for those who wish to experience the lake by water.
Getting There
A Wave From It All can be reached by all hard surface roads with main highway access throughout most of the drive. The location is less than 3 hours from Kansas City or St. Louis; and a half day drive from Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois and Kansas. The closest international airport is in Kansas City with regional airports in Columbia and Springfield.
Cancellation Standards
Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. LakeDays Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.
