**The complex offers 3 heated pools, 2 hot tubs(seasonal) and elevators for easy access.

**If you have a boat or jet skis, bring them down! We have a 12x32 boat slip for you to use:)----Boat Launch 3 miles from condo for $10(you can leave money in mail box if they aren't there)

Like to grill? You'll have your own personal grill that over looks the beautiful main channel on a very spacious covered deck!

No hot water first day and the next day until 6:30 pm. Then we again lost the hot water the last 2 days. No offer to refund any of our payment. Towels and rugs were mismatched and worn. Outside chair cushions were worn and sitting on a plywood bottom. All in all this was the worst unit we’ve ever had. The master bed was supposed to be a king and it was a queen. Not at all what was shown on the website

Great place & great time

We loved the location of the condo. It was easy to get in and out. The renter was very prompt in his responses. The only drawback was it was 100 while we were down there, but we still had a great time. Can’t wait to go back!

Very nice condo. The pool was very nice and close. The boat slip is also close. Not too many stairs to go up and down like some other places we've stayed. Great view and close to the strip and restaurants. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Wife loved the Jacuzzi tub

Clean condo

One of the bedrooms has 2 twins instead of a full size. If you're bringing a boat, the easiest place to put in is at Randall Resort. You can leave your trailer there too. It's in the same cove as the condo. I believe it was $10 to use the boat ramp and $10 per day to keep trailer in their lot. The condo is very clean and beds are comfortable. Chase answers questions promptly.

Everything you could want for a vacation. Three pools, close to shopping, well supplied condo. Be sure to follow the pool and parking rules. If you don’t know them please ask about them.

Kudos for a lovely place

All went well. The owner was quick to respond to messages.Location was lovely. The place was very clean. A shirt was left behind in the dryer and the owner had the cleaners check on it, they found it, and had it mailed to its owner. I would caution that the toaster set off the smoke alarm, though there was no burning of the toast going on.So we toasted on the porch. Also there were no directions that we could find about turning on the main water supply and hot water heater. That would be helpful. We figured it out. Not a big deal to us but the beds were described as 2 double beds (they were two twins) and 1 king bed (more like a queen). It says sleeps 6, I would say 4 is more correct. Some kind of soap for the showers, probably not bar soap but a squeeze kind from a dispenser would be lovely. Overall we would highly recommend this rental with the beds better described, the dispensing soap in the showers, instructions for the main water/hot water, and the # who can sleep there stated as 4. These minor concerns did not affect us much. Just stating them to improve the stay for others. We were very happy! The contact person was excellent with communication. The unit was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels. Lovely decoration. Kitchen supplies were good. Great location for our family reunion. All of us would say a 10 for our stay.

Condo and boat slip

Condo is perfect size for a couple, couple with children, or three friends. The twin beds on second bedroom isn’t the best for a second married couple unless they are willing to enjoy a couple of nights in separate beds lol
