Overview
Overall the whole experience was great. Having access to a boat slip was really nice too. The built in dog kennels were a great add bonus for us as well. There were just a few things we noticed. The doors (screen and hard door) are not flush with the frame so bugs come into the home. Also we used the washer once and noticed some water on the floor at the front of it so there might be a small leak. Thank you for letting us use your home we really enjoyed the experience.

Excellent lake rental!
We absolutely loved staying at Lakeside Escapes! Our family of 4 and our dog had a great time being right on the lake at this condo. The place was clean and stocked with all the essentials and a few bonus items like coffee and ziploc bags! The property is just a short drive from a Main Street type of place where we went go-karting, mini-golf, and out to eat. This was the best property we have rented as a family over the last 7 years of coming to the lake! The communication with the property manager was very prompt and she communicated prior to checking in and checking out with a bunch of useful information! We highly recommend this rental and the owners!

We had a great experience at lakeside retreat. Pamela was very responsive and easy to work with. The condo was perfect for our family of 4, and our puppy! Clean and beautiful. We did bring our own toiletries and laundry detergent. Which I would recommend- though they do provide a basic supply. There were noodles for floating in the lake, we brought our own floats. The water mats other slips had looked fun, that would be a nice additional upgrade. It seemed most people staying in the complex owned their units, the neighbors all knew each other and were all very friendly and welcoming. Not a Vrbo feel at all which was kindof nice. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay...
We really enjoyed the views from our private balcony. It was clean inside and fully stocked to make our stay convenient and easy. There was plenty of room for sleeping and hanging out watching TV on the couch. It was bright and smelled nice too. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of blankets. We loved all the efforts to house our dogs too. This was a great place to stay but be mindful... it is up 3 short stair flights so taking up baggage and taking out pets can be difficult if you don't climb stairs often.
