Welcome to our Adirondack getaway! Nestled on a serene street, offering a peaceful retreat while being moments away from the heart of downtown Lake Placid. Our cozy three bedrooms are comfortably accommodating no matter what your occasion may be. New Rail Trail across the street for walking, running, biking,etc. A short 1.6mi commute to Olympic Training Center. Local hotspot dining right down the road.

Nice Lake Placid stay

Very nice apartment for families or groups. Easy parking and walkable to town, if weather is decent. The bathroom set up is very nice since it allows more than one person to access parts of it, which is helpful for a larger group.

Winter Getaway

An excellent spacious property , with an amazing kitchen. Joe was outstanding in answering any questions we had and very good with directions. The bedrooms are all spread out on either side of apartment which gives some space to multiple couples. I have to mention that the one bathroom is miss leading. The toilet area has a closing door and private sink, the shower area is clsed area with an awesome shower and bench area with plenty of "nice" towels , and then the vanity area , so basically all can be used separately by three people..amazing concept. Easy walk into main st of town, for shopping and restaurants. Will definitely be back , but maybe in the summer time this time.

Clean, modern and spacious rental

We really enjoyed our stay in this vacation rental. Lots of room, comfortable beds, lots of amenities and supplies in the kitchen, bar and 3 bar stools a nice touch. It would have been nice to know that for the two queen sized futon couches we were required to bring our own sheets. Luckily we had brought a bit of our own bedding just in case.

Beautiful apartment

This apartment is beautiful, clean, cozy. Absolutely wonderful stay. We were a few minutes drive to Main Street on Mirror Lake and Minutes from the sports field that held the lacrosse tournament we were in town for. There is a river that flows into a pond behind and on the side of the property. Next time we will make sure we have our fishing poles. The washer and dryer were right outside the apartment doors in the main hall way very convenient. It’s a 2nd floor apartment with several stairs to get up to the landing but not to bad. It really was very comfortable for our family of 5. We have already looked into booking again for next year. Absolutely loves this place.

Great location for a trip to Lake Placid

Lovely 2/3 bedroom condo near the center of Lake Placid. Clean unit, comfy beds, plenty of towels. Walk to great restaurants (loved Liquids & Solids). Really appreciated the A/C (hard to find in Lake Placid). Property manager very responsive.

Lake Placid Stay

This was a great location to downtown and was exactly what the pictures showed. We brought the entire family for the weekend, including a baby, and there was plenty of room for everyone. I would highly recommend this apartment. Joe was also very responsive to all of my questions.

Weekend Stay

This was a well appointed and spacious second floor apartment within a short walk to restaurants and town. Access and instructions were easy and the owner was prompt in that regard. Great place for a week long or weekend stay for friends, colleagues and family. We'll be staying again in the future.

Amazing Condo and Location

Our family of 4 stayed here for the 2018 Ironman - the condo is beautiful and was perfect! The beds were so comfortable that my husband's nagging back problem was gone after the first night. We arrived later in the evening the first night and had a couple of questions that we emailed to the owner - Joe was there within 5 minutes to answer them and touch base with us! The location is amazing for the Ironman - 15 minute walk to the swim start, 10 minutes to Ironman Village/finish line, and the bike course runs right past the end of the street (less than 3 minute walk). We were able to walk back and forth throughout the day - priceless for Ironman spectators! Joe also provided soaps, trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, etc. - we've stayed in many VRBO rentals and this is so unusual and appreciated, especially arriving late the first night. The condo is on the second floor and we never heard anything from the first floor. We had an amazing time and are looking forward to staying here again. Thanks again for all your help and hospitality Joe!

The unit was excellent, spacious and well furnished

My son and I enjoyed are stay and the unit provided everything we needed. It is a little off the downtown area, which provides a more quiet setting, but not really walk distance to downtown after a hard day of skiing. The unit is above a shop, so you do smell and hear the shop at times.

Good location about 1/2 mile outside town. Owner Jan very receptive and on site.2 big bedrooms and large living space.Much better than hotel room. 2 great restaurants right down the block. Would stay again!!
