“stayed here for two nights. lake view is nice but that's about it. the insulation is bad. fortunately neighbors' conversation was muffled and intelligible. every time a neighboring door closes it sounds like someone's slamming the door. one lamp cover in the bathroom actually overheated and cracked when i was away briefly. glass splinters scattered the bathroom sink area and a big piece landed on the floor. luckily i was not using the sink when it happened. the spa and sauna was available but……

“Vivien was amazing. Very welcoming, gave us lots of information about the things we could do that interested us. Property is very clean, bed very comfortable and breakfast has all you need to start the day. Very close to the redwoods which is a big plus for us as we do love the redwoods. “我們辦入住時得知Mineral pool損壞維修中，這倒還好。但是晚上很晚回旅館時要洗澡才發現沒有熱水可以洗澡。去問接待員，說應該只是水壓不穩，等一等就會有熱水，可是我等了好久，忍不住，只好洗冷水。家人都無法洗熱水，還只能克難的用熱水器煮一些水來想辦法清潔。隔天詢問接待櫃檯，得到的答案是，因為旅館的地熱與加熱設備有問題，而且昨天是節慶假日，沒有人可以來修。真的令人生氣。如果你本來就知道沒有熱水，你提早說，或許我們還有變通的辦法，讓全家折騰一晚，也只說讓您不方便了! 這算什麼服務 ”
