Parking: Garage parking for 2 cars, plus limited space in the driveway. (The driveway can be difficult to access during winter months, so please ensure you are traveling in a vehicle suited for winter conditions.);
Maximum 2 pets allowed; $85/pet fee must be paid before check-in;
1 camera at the front of the house overlooking the driveway; 1 camera at the back of the house overlooking the deck;
Guest access fees apply per person, per day, and are subject to change. See the NPOA Rec Center website for details;
Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May;
Winter travel requires snow tires and 4WD/AWD, or chains;
Full Terms & Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation/Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation;
Agreement must be entered into by an Occupant of 25 years or old.
