"John made all the difference. Anything I needed he was right there to help. I had an issue it was quickly resolved. In the future for my taste I’d try one of the larger spaces (I’m a lady with too much stuff) this space is perfect for a short stay or just to crash/ski it’s perfect Location, location, location it’s a block from all the action of South Lake Tahoe. Recommend "
