“We enjoyed our short stay. The staff was very helpful and polite and the room was clean (it smelled clean) and spacious.”

“Room was so nice. The A/C was absolutely cool and comforting. Bathtub faucet leaks unless you turn the handle all the way tight and shut but it was a super fun and comforting place to wash up at the end of the day. Breakfast down in the lobby was also really great too. The options and food choices were superb. Definitely will be back in the future.”

“We had the AC unit ticking all night and kept as awake. I went and talked at the front desk and they did not do anything about it and were not offering to refund.”

“They have no coffee makers, pots, not even an ice bucket for the freezer or freezer trays or anything to use in the kitchens plus you have to purchase a coffee pot if you want one for your room. The beds look like something you would sleep in if you were a kid at a summer camp. Also they lied about items we know for a 100% fact were left in the room, which makes their staff untrustworthy.”

“The staff were kind but a little out to lunch. We asked where the room was and she said room 225 was on the 3rd floor. The room its self was very clean and looked freshly remodeled. My only complaint was the matress. We had 2 queen beds and they were both spring beds that creaked and you sank to the bottom of the frame”

“They have suites with three beds in 2 seprate rooms which made our stay comfortable and wonderful. Definitely come back again.”

“I had registered 2 rooms for one night under my two son's names. There were a total of 3 guests over the age of 30. The rooms and the stay were fine for the price. To understand my next comment, a little background is needed. These same three had stayed at this same hotel a week prior. I was the only one asked for ID for both rooms although they, too, were under my son's names. In between these two stays, I had booked 4 rooms in Lincoln City, Or for one night and 4 rooms in Crescent City,……

“We are the customers checking staying in this hotel. The experience is very unsatisfactory and unhappy. There were insects in room, stain on the carpet, phone, alarm, hair dryer, they were all no function. There were hair clip, bottle caps left in room from other customers stayed before. When asking for room cleaning, nothing happened even I came to the front desk reiterating our demand. It is unbelievable and unacceptable. The worst and terrible hotel we have ever stayed. They don't care……
