「This room is tiny. The large window/sliding door lets in all the heat and there is no A/C to cool it off, just and under-powered fan to blow the hot air around. You can’t leave the door or wi Dow open as the insects flock in. The ensuite is fine but the shower is tight. The walls are thin so unfortunately you hear all the movement from next door. 」

「After a long journey, arrived to a room that had not been cleaned from last guests. Called owner to complain and he offered us the room next door which was prepared fro new guests. We accepted but felt the room wasn’t as clean as it should be. We asked for a discount but was refused. I felt it was overpriced. 」

「It was the best in the town centre! Close to everywhere! Easy parking! Beautiful room and scenery! Worth money! 」

「10/10 excellent stay stay. host was very easy to communicate with, and even helped out with our toddler, by giving us a baby seat to use. highly recommend this property.」

「Clean room」

「Good communication with host, clear instructions for contactless entry. Modern apartment with a good kitchen and washing machine, comfortable bed. However the apartment is a bit run down with damage to the walls from furniture, the floor mat in the lounge is stained, there is mould in the shower, weeds and cigarette butts in the garden. If these were fixed, I would rate this property as a 5/5. The location was good, a quiet complex, deficated parking and a nice little outdoor area.」

「Very clean. There is a tiny view of the lake and you are one house off the main road so it’s noisy on the deck. The mountains are pretty but, Looks much more like there is a big view than there is. 」

「Good location. Home was different than most we have stayed at in NZ. Very charming but needs better attention to detail and more organization in the home. Would recommend but know you’re staying in an older different styled home」
