"This is the 2nd time we rented Reggies Retreat and it is the perfect set up for our snowmobiling group. There is plenty of space to park trucks and trailers. The snowmobile trail is only a few blocks away and having access to the heated tuckunder garage for gear storage and getting geared up is priceless. With 6 people putting on and taking off boots, helmets, jackets etc its nice to have the space to spread out and keeps the snow and wetness in the garage. The host is super responsive when messaging, the house is clean and the kitchen is stocked with essentials. Definitely recommend! "

"Amazing place to spend up north. I can imagine it’s lovely in the summer, but the winter here is just as special in its own way. Snowmobile rentals just a 5 minute drive away. There were 8 adults and 1 child, and we were very comfortable. House was clean, kitchen was well-equipped. Sauna was great, the frozen lake and snow were made our stay feel tranquil and cozy. Would definitely stay here again. "

"This spacious home had everything we needed and more! Comfortable beds, artistic decor, a well-stocked kitchen utensils and pots/pans. Beautiful view, and the sauna got nice and hot! Perfect for 2 small families to share, as the upstairs and downstairs could be separate or together, and lots for the kids to play with and a fun little loft space that became their fav spot to hang out. The cabin is located in a stunningly beautiful and peaceful setting, surrounded by forest and nature, offering complete privacy and tranquility. At the same time, the cabin is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was very cozy, warm, and thoughtfully designed—especially perfect for winter. The fireplace creates an amazing atmosphere and easily heats the entire cabin. We would especially like to highlight the hosts’ care and attention to detail. You can truly feel that the cabin was created with love: everything is clean, well-organized, and guest-focused. We stayed as a family, and it was important for us to feel comfortable with a child—this place delivered 100%. Ely Log Cabin is not just a place to sleep; it is a full experience—peace, relaxation, nature, and a true “home away from home.” We left already talking about coming back, possibly in the summer.
